Usage scenario:
1. Wall substrate and architectural decoration materials
Ceramic tiles and stone materials: High-definition patterns can be directly printed on the surfaces of polished tiles, antique tiles, marble, etc., suitable for living room background walls, hotel lobbies, and other scenarios, enhancing the three-dimensional effect through embossed effects.
Glass: including artistic glass sliding doors, explosion-proof glass, etc., which support double-sided painting or transparent stickers, and are commonly used for partitions and screen decorations.
Latex paint and diatom mud walls: Direct printing without pre-treatment, especially suitable for indoor themed designs such as cultural walls and party building propaganda walls.
Integrated wall panels and ceilings: Bamboo fiberboard, gypsum board, aluminum-plastic panel, etc. can be directly printed, enabling full-house customization and personalized ceiling decoration.
2. Advertising and display materials
3M spray-painted fabric: suitable for internally lit lightbox advertising, with uniform light transmission and outdoor weather resistance up to 3-5 years without fading.
PET light box and double-jet printing: used for high-end light box displays in shopping centers and car dealerships. The double-jet printing with black layer design prevents light interference.
Soft film ceiling: With a light transmittance of 85%, it creates a shadowless lighting effect when paired with an LED lighting system, and is widely used in art museums and brand boutiques.
3. Industrial and household materials
Metal plates and aluminum plates: Directly print logos or decorative patterns on metal surfaces such as signboards and electrical panels, with strong adhesion and resistance to friction.
Wood and MDF: Support the printing of imitation wood grain or artistic patterns on wooden doors, cabinet doors, and furniture surfaces, enabling personalized home customization.
Acrylic and plexiglass: commonly used for signage, light boxes, and display stands, they exhibit vivid colors and are wear-resistant after printing.
Composite materials: Industrial packaging materials such as corrugated cardboard and foam board can also be directly printed, suitable for batch identification printing.
precautions
Material preprocessing:
Dark-colored or non-absorbent surfaces (such as glass and metal) require primer to enhance adhesion.
For flexible materials (such as cloth), attention should be paid to tension control during the curing process to avoid deformation.
Typical application scenarios
Commercial space: mural paintings in shopping malls, art walls in hotels, and decorations for brand boutiques.
Public facilities: subway station advertisements, airport signage systems, new rural cultural walls.
Personalized customization: home background walls, gift crafts, and embossed decorative paintings.
